Teaching Kids
A cornerstone of the Ohio Energy Project is helping students develop
important leadership, teamwork and presentation skills. Student
leaders from grades 8-12 receive
training on energy and leadership concepts and
the workshop activities they will facilitate with OEP staff at Energy
Fairs and Workshops in their districts or areas.
| "The
OEP Workshops I participated in were incredible, because they
really made learning about energy fun. Most importantly, OEP
gives kids the gift of leadership and a chance to have a real
impact on the world around them". -- Matt Steele, former
student participant |
